The vote on the El Cerrito Library Tax Initiative will be on the June 2 primary ballot, the City Council decided Thursday (Feb. 19).

The City Council voted Tuesday (Feb. 17) to create a Library Task Force. It will decide later on a mission statement and member selection process.
